Become a Therapeutic Foster Parent and Work from Home

Valley Mental Health is now accepting applications for professional foster parents

We are looking for parents who can provide appropriate, positive homes for children who need a nurturing family environment.  Foster parents will be trained to provide skills training and structure for the children in the foster care system who have abuse or neglect trauma needs.  No need to be perfect☺.

We provide Training and Support

• Ongoing training and mentoring
• Quarterly networking meetings
• Family Support Consultant available
• Therapists assigned to all foster children
• Psychiatrist and Psychologist on staff
• 24/7 Crisis Support as needed
• Financial support is approximately $1,000/child/month
• Tax-free income
• 2-5 children per home as approved
• Must be able to pass a background check
