Valley Mental Health is now accepting applications for professional foster parents

Valley Mental Health, in collaboration with Utah Foster Care Foundation and DCFS, is seeking additional foster homes.  We need foster parents who will work with our experienced professionals, and be persistent in providing high quality care for youth with behavioral challenges.  Become part of our first class foster care program.  We offer competitive reimbursement, 24/7 professional support, and ongoing training / mentoring.

We provide Training and Support

• Ongoing training and mentoring
• Therapists assigned as needed to foster children
• Psychiatric medical provider on staff
• 24/7 professional support and crisis support available as needed
• Financial reimbursement is approximately $1,000/child/month
• Tax-free reimbursement
• 2-5 children per home as approved
• Must be able to pass a background check
