How
to Get Help

- Call the Valley
Mental Health Outpatient Clinic nearest your home.
Click here for a map and locations of our Summit County offices.
- We will ask you some questions to determine your needs and how to best serve you.
If our services are not appropriate for your needs, we will offer other community resources that
could assist you.
- We will make an appointment
for you to visit with one of our therapists. They will ask more
questions about the services and care you may need. Please come early to
fill out some paperwork. If you have insurance, please bring your insurance card to
your appointment. Click here to print and
fill out some information for your first appointment.
- The therapist will recommend a plan to
suit your needs. It is important that you follow through with your
appointments so that we can work together in a partnership.
