2. We will ask you some
questions to determine your needs and how to best serve you.
If we are unable to help you, we will offer other community resources that
could assist you.
3. We will make an appointment
for you to visit with one of our therapists. They will ask more
questions about the services and care you may need. Please come early to
fill out some paperwork, or print and
complete the forms at home. Click here to print the forms.
4. The therapist will recommend a plan to
suit your needs. It is important that you follow through with your
appointments so that we can work together in a partnership.
